New Support at Home aged care reforms: What GPs need to know

Silverchain Head of Policy and Advocacy, Dr Ronelle Hutchinson, will share her expertise on how to navigate the new aged care system. She will be supported by Silverchain GP Liaisons Dr Leena Patel and Dr Erin O’Donnell-Taylor.
