General Practitioners will be provided with the knowledge to develop proficiencies in Patient Marketing, Advertising and Communication actions to Acquire New Patients, Retain Existing Patients and Reduce Lost Appointments due to No Shows and Cancellations aligned to AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Guidelines for advertising a regulated health service.

  2. The opportunities of modern channels for General Practitioners (as sole traders or as Principal owners) and their risks.
  3. How Practices and Practitioners gain New Patients, retain Existing Patients and reduce Lost Appointments
  4. Patient Growth and Retention: A Practitioner Perspective
  5. Patient Growth and Retention: A Peer and Practice Perspective
  6. Patient Marketing, Advertising and Communications Analysis and Individual Quality Improvement Actions
