Description

There are approximately 480,000 patients estimated to have Heart failure in the community and it is expected that up to 60,000 patients may be diagnosed each year. Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) is a complex condition, the additional presence of Atrial Fibrillation (AF) increases the mortality and morbidity rates for patients.
