Navigate the world of patient feedback and online reviews confidently in our one-hour free online Kickstarter webinar. This session is designed for healthcare professionals seeking to transform patient feedback into opportunities for enhancing patient experience and practice growth.

We cover handling sensitive feedback, proactive patient engagement, responding to online reviews and strategies to elevate your patient experience. Participants will also receive a comprehensive Kickstarter Guide to manage patient feedback and online reviews effectively.

Participants will receive a complimentary downloadable Kickstarter guide packed with practical tools to help manage patient feedback and online reviews effectively, including answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and action plans to help them adapt seamlessly to patient reviews. In addition, participants can access useful links and additional resources to fast-track the implementation of feedback processes in their practice. Plus, participants can access links to reform, standards and regulatory documents referred to during the webinar.  

Breakdown of Learning Time:

  • 60 minutes – watch the webinar
  • 15 minutes – read the Kickstarter guide, including FAQs, action plans and tips.  

Undertaking the Mastering Patient Feedback & Online Reviews webinar has the potential to attract additional CPD related to:

  • Domain 1: Educational Activities – General Learning – Professional Reading (max 50 hrs/year)  - other research via links provided to reform, regulatory and standards documents to ensure the practices' continued compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
  • Domain 2: Reviewing Performance and Measuring Outcome – Management and Business Operations (max 50 hrs/year) – by developing or reviewing patient experience-related policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.

These additional activities must be self-reported separately (refer to the CPD Home Program Guide 2024) to potentially attract up to the maximum for your CPD.


Learning Outcomes

  1. Review practice policies and procedures to implement a continuous patient feedback process for improving patient safety, service quality and experience
  2. Interpret patient feedback and identify opportunities for improving patient experiences and outcomes 
  3. Develop an action plan to respond to positive feedback and reinforce the connection between healthcare professionals and patients to improve patient outcomes
  4. Develop an action plan to address negative feedback to rebuild trust for improving safety, service quality, patient experiences and outcomes
  5. Develop an action plan to respond to online patient reviews and implement a response process with the practice team for improving service quality and patient engagement.
