Kickstarter Webinar: Australian Health Care Reform: A guide for what it means for you and your practice.

Description

Get ready for healthcare reform with our focused 40-minute webinar. Learn about the upcoming changes related to patient experience (some of which have already been implemented), which aim to enhance the quality and outcomes of healthcare within practices. This 40-minute webinar will ensure you understand the ins and outs of value-based health care, multidisciplinary teams, and how to use patient-reported measures (PROMs and PREMs) effectively. We'll delve into the patient-related aspects of the Strengthening Medicare Taskforce Report, highlighting its implications for primary and secondary care delivery. You will learn about partnering with patients, measuring meaningful outcomes, and understanding how these reforms benefit your practice.

Participants can access a downloadable Kickstarter guide packed with practical tools, including a checklist, action plan, and roadmap to help them adapt seamlessly to these reforms. In addition, participants get tips on patient feedback and patient participation methods to implement in the practice. Plus, participants can access links to reform, standards and regulatory documents referred to during the webinar.
